FIBROMYALGIA/CHRONIC PAIN COMPLIMENTARY SUPPORT GROUP
The support group meets at the Lyon's Den Coffee House, a quaint coffee shop in Bothell Washington on the second Tuesday of each month from 6:00pm-8:00pm. (6:00-6:30 is time to order your beverages/food/snacks, socialize a bit and settle in before our meeting begins). Our group meets in a private meeting room located inside the Lyon's Den Coffee House.

This support group is open to the public and no prior registration is necessary to join or attend the meetings.

The address of the Lyon's Den Coffee House is 10415 Beardslee Blvd. Bothell, WA 98011. The Lyon's Den also has its own free parking lot. (For those who have difficulty walking, the parking lot is just a few feet from the Cafe's front door entrance).
Directions to the Lyon's Den: Take I405, going either North or South. Take the Beardslee Blvd EXIT and go East on Beardslee Blvd. Take Beardslee Blvd about a half a mile and the Lyon's Den is on the left side of the street, directly across the street from the Bothell US Post Office. For those of you taking public transportation, the following buses stop directly in front of the coffee house: #120, 121, 312, 372, & 535. Please check a current bus schedule for any recent changes to the above bus schedule.
